There was too much liquid (even after following directions). I ended up pouring the extra broth/cream mixture into a saucepan and thickening with flour. I sprayed a 9×13 pan scooped the noodles in to it. Poured the thickened sauce in to the noodles and mixed. Topped with ½ cup breadcrumbs mixed with 1T melted butter. Baked in oven at 375° until bubbling, then popped under the broiler for a few minutes to achieve a golden brown top. Certainly ended up taking longer than 5 minutes, but it was good!

I’m sorry to hear that the recipe didn’t work out the way it should. Sometimes if it looks like it has too much liquid, it just needs to cook for an extra few minutes or if you let it cool for a bit in the pot, it will thicken.
