Was salty, but I like salty. I believe this may be due to the ranch, if you made your own ranch this could probably be fixed that way.
I also seasoned my chicken well, with ChickenSh*t seasoning, garlic, and sazon before browning it in the bacon grease. Make sure you put the biscuit pieces in an even layer or some may come out a bit doughy, but still tasty.
