Good meal put probably won't save the recipe- I think there are very similar variations out there with better recipes. The instructions didn't say how to slice/cut the veggies and the ingredient "herbs" was pretty vague. Also, it seemed like an extra step/pan to put the tomatoes in the oven. They could have easily been cooked with the mushroom in the frying pan. Anyway, still easy to make and tasted good. I chose rosemary and thyme for herbs and topped it with parmesan and some micro greens. Note: the servings are on the small size which is fine but I feel like a lot of people like a big bowl of pasta!
Edit: Turns out I made 2 servings not 4 servings which explains why the servings were so small. Oops!
