Took the advice of other reviewers and added twice as much of each spice as the recipe said and it was perfect (though if you want mild, perhaps stick with the original quantities). Also, leave the cauliflower for more like 30 mins in the sauce to get tender as 10 mins is no way long enough! Keep an eye on it for drying up - I added probs a cup of boiling water total. Also chucked in a handful of flaked almonds which was a nice addition.
