I use recipes as guidelines and so I always add my own flair! Added Freekah rice, quinoa, lots of spinach AND kale, a whole package of bacon (who really only eats 4 pieces), and some potatoes as well as turnips! Omg, soo good. Added another bullion cube instead of salt, to give a better well rounded flavour, and topped it off with grated cheddar cheese and parm. A definite 'do again' as my family calls it.
