I have to admit i bought stuff for this recipe and didnt make it for 3 weeks, rebuying mushrooms etc. Idk why!!! I think mushrooms and latin flavors i wasnt sure about? I warned my husband about it the whole time i was cooking. But Turns out it is REALLY GOOOD. cheesy, umame, good textuees, good good good. Seasoning is what worried me but it was just right. Changed nothing.
