I wanted to use some of my parsley so I decided to try green rice. I halved the recipe because I had only 3/4 cups. I didn't have broth so I just mixed water with homemade chicken bouillon seasoning (without the nutritional yeast). I let it steam 5 minutes instead of 20, and as many others, I squeezed some lemon in at the end (though it still tasted good without!)
