I was worried the pasta was going to burn in the IP but I tried it anyway. It burned. There's literally nothing about this recipe that can't be done in a regular pot, anyway. Texture once the cheese and evap. milk were in was very odd. Not what I'm looking for in a Mac and Cheese.
