My family LOVES and requested recently (they understand the work that this recipe can take on my weakened condition) It can be labor intensive BUT it's worth it!! I did have to tweak recipe to accommodate allergies/picky eaters. I switched mixed veggies with sweet corn (I use canned but frozen would probably work too). I will say that I adhere to amounts (as in I don't double anything) and the gravy makes enough to feed a small COUNTRY!! It may be the veggie switch but I don't think so. We also use a ranch flavored bacon. And we are thinking of doing bacon in air fryer as well as the tater tots so we'll see...😁
