I loved it. I recommend cutting the broth in half (but keeping the liquid amount the same by adding more water) to reduce the saltiness. I made this with 8 oz chorizo and veggie broth simply because I love chorizo. I could easily double the meat and be ok with that. My husband also said "something is missing" when he tried it, but he had no recommendations to improve it, so I'll figure that out later. I loved how simple it was to throw together in my dutch oven and thought the lemon zest was a brilliant addition. I highly recommend this recipe!
