If you like peanut butter, you're going to love this. Im not a huge fan of peanuts, so I added extra maple syrup. I didn't make them into balls. I rolled it into a log with parchment paper and then rolled in foil to freeze for a few hours. When I'm ready, I just cut a wheel-like piece off and go.
