Used a little more oats to firm up the balls. I saw that some people were saying they were too dry. Just add either a little more peanut butter or maple syrup Also added mini semi sweet chocolate chips a little sugar free maple syrup. After mixing I let it sit in a bowl for about 20 minutes to allow mixture to soak more into the oats. Overall a great recipe and easy to make.

Cocoa nibs add a fantastic texture also. This is definitely a go-to for a quick post workout snack.

They were delicious! I did honey because I don't love syrup. Not too sweet, just the right amount of crunchy. Definitely a good power up snack!
