I made changes cause I don't like taco seasoning. 3 chipotle on adobo plus 2 tsp of the adobo sauce, Mexican oregano, cumin, salt and pepper. I serve it with Tajin. Works really well. Also I thought I had frozen corn but I did not so I used peas. Instead of 2 lbs ground beef I used 1.5 and substituted in a can of pinto beans
