This was pretty good. 3.5 stars. I've never had ground turkey in a recipe like this and I found the flavor had a resemblance to sausage, which I don't really like. It was still good though, enough that I'd make it again. The recipe says to wait 5 minutes "or until thickened". For me it was more like 12 minutes for the sauce to thicken up. I also think next time I'll put in maybe 6oz of mushrooms instead of 8oz. I love mushrooms, but it kind of felt like the meal was too mushroom-heavy.
