I agree with everyone when they said this meal looks gross once done. It's not orange and pretty looking. More of a dull grey, brown.
I used butterflied chicken breasts and stuck to 4 hours on high. I added some poultry seasoning, Italian, Cajun, pepper, garlic and garlic powder, and some onions. I forgot spinach but roasted broccoli separately at the end.
Because I used more chicken, I also added a third cup more of cream and broth. I do wish there was more, so I'd probably double it next time and add more parmeaan. I threw everything in together rather than doing the sauce separate first.
It was good but is missing something.
