Used hung curd I made from dahi the day before in place of the Greek yogurt. No other changes. Cooked in 10” cast iron skillet. PERFECT!
I’ve always had a strong aversion to fish, salmon very much included, and not only was I able to eat this, but I liked it a LOT. It was literally my first time cooking salmon as well, and my partner said I nailed it.
No leftovers and plates were licked… I’m not even a little ashamed.
