I skipped the icing altogether. It came together really quickly and easily. Make sure you swirl the cinnamon mixture in well or layer it in so it's all through out. Mine wasn't done at 30 minutes, needed 5 more. Best served warmed up for sure. Nice warm treat with afternoon coffee. Husband loved it and had some for breakfast the following morning.
