It's amazing the relationship between bright and varied colors in the plant kingdom and good nutrition. I didn't have to check the health score to recognize the nutrition. I think even people who are very meat and potatoes oriented still react positively to kitchen scenes with brightly colored fruits and vegetables front and center.
