Incredible recipe! I don't know if the fact that the yeast was as fresh as practically possible, but this bread was the best I've ever made. Really chewy, satisfying crust. And unbelievably easy too, as long as you have 24 hours to let it rise (in chilly Scotland), just sit it in the kitchen and forget about it.
