Picked up a sirloin steak and wasn’t sure what to do with it, this recipe led to great results. Marinated the steak in soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, all-purpose seasoning, pepper, salt, and a bit of red pepper for a couple hours first. Loaded the butter with garlic and parsley and it was fantastic.

I followed the base recipe for the garlic butter and cooking time/method, just marinated the meat beforehand. Haven’t tried it wo marinade yet, but that would probably be good as well! You can tell from my photo I didn’t dry it as well as I should have, I only got a good char on the edges.
