After blending it all together, it looked so chunky. I ended up adding the broth and it still looked and felt a little chunky. I don’t really find the texture of it to be too appealing either, I think maybe boiling the cauliflower till soft instead of roasting it would give this soup a better texture, or maybe using lesser cauliflower would help too. It looks more like mashed potatoes to me haha
