← Replies in Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe

Added potatoes and tofu. I made this a second time for this week's lunches and only just realized that the recipe calls for 3 cups *cooked* rice lol. I have so much fried rice. I'm going to have tonfreeze some for another week.
