This came out really well! After reading some other reviews, I doubled up on the spice, ketchup and panko, cooked the onions down to get more flavour out of them and added cheese and barbecue sauce in the bun. This is a winning combo. However, also added mushroom, soy sauce and balsamic to the burger mix too (dropped the feta). Was definitely not dry! Didn't use a food processor though, that I'm sure would just create a boring texture, just crushed it a little in a bowl with a potato masher instead. Oven baked at 200oC fan, not grilled.
