This tasted amazing! I cut up a couple chicken breasts instead of chicken tenders (which are ridiculously priced, so we saved several $$) doing this may have also saved the chicken from getting too dry. I love garlic so I added a whole clove, as well as a 1/4 mozzarella cheese which added a nice crisp top layer to some of the chicken. Next time I will definitely add some sweet onions slices and cook some type of starch (I hear potatoes are good in this recipe.๐ Or make some rice too as a way to soak up the excess oil/balsamic dressing. I also loved the grape tomatoes (whole, not cut) they really added another layer of yum to this dish!
