At times recipes need to put times and temps may vary and list the safe temp for eating chicken, and if your following a recipe you still need to trust yourself and check if chicken is cooked, dont just rely on a recipe to say it should be cooked

It's the same way I treat package instructions I've followed their instructions and it's either still under cooked or burnt or if it's crumbed stuff the insides sometimes burst 🤣
