Marry Me Chicken

Served over spaghetti. Really good sauce could go with a lot of things. Husband thinks he'd like it with sweet Italian sausage, or pork chops. Either way, he's not a fan of bone-in over pasta, so next time use a boneless cut and maybe cook it on the stove.

It turned out great for us. All of the kids ate it. Omitted red pepper, used boneless skinless thighs, doubled the sauce, served over rice. Will make it again

This was so delicious, and while I did not get proposed to, I did get a lot of compliments (and it became a funny inside joke).

Wonderful taste, not overly creamy, perfect amount of spice with the crushed red peppers, sun dried tomatoes added perfect tang. Would definitely make many times again.

My husband makes this exactly how the recipe says and it’s amazing!! My favorite dish now. Goes good with rice but my favorite is pairing it with some cous cous. :)

Sensational dish! First time I made it I added mushrooms, which really added to it. Family loved it too!

Used seitan in place of chicken. Delicious.

Very tasty and chicken staid very moist.

I covered my chicken thighs in olive oil, garlic salt, pepper & onion powder and cooked them in the air fryer for 22 mins. Made the sauce with extra cream and cheese and then added the cooked thighs so I didn't need to use the the oven. I will definitely be making it again

My chicken was not cooked after 20 minutes.

I seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and green top Dan O's. Then I doubled the parmesan, cream and stock to make a little more sauce. Turned out perfect at 20 minutes in the oven

Served over heart of palm pasta. So good!

Not my thing. I didn't like the sun dried tomatoes. Chicken was still raw after doubling cook time in the instructions.

Could've done better myself. Tried cutting the recipe down to make it for two instead of 6. Didn't quite measure right and broke my sauce to top it off. Oh well. Still tasted pretty good.

I added a sprinkle of onion powder one each side of the breasts to add a little more flavor. And I added salt to the sauce as well. This turned out amazing and will be added to my recipe book.

I use cilantro to garnish this dish and served it with potatoes. It was great.

I have made this multiple times and it's always a hit! I add onion and more garlic. The cooking time does depend on the size of your chicken breast though

This was savory, cheesy and delicious. I doubled the sauce, used chicken breast, added broccoli before throwing in the oven. I also used onions, cumin and a little chili. I also used more cheese in the sauce.

Simmer the sauce on the stove until it thickens, otherwise it ends up more soupy

Sauce was soupy, not thick at all. Will simmer next time until thick rather than theowing in oven.

Not enough sauce

It was OK but anyone proposing over it has very low standards.

We will be having this again for dinner!

Doubled the sauce portion of the recipe

This was really good! I added mushrooms which added some nice depth to the sauce, and served it on top of risotto. Definitely recommend removing the chicken and reducing the pan sauce a little more before serving, but will definitely be making this again!

The best flavorable chicken dish. I have made it a couple of times. I serve with rice. There is never any leftover.

Ok just not great

I used thick breasts instead since I had that on hand. I also added diced shallots and a little gruyere, served over rice with a side of lemon oil arugula salad. sauce was creamy and rich and the chicken tasted beautiful!

It was alright, I made it all in the pan without putting it in the oven. Made with rice, great for work lunch.

it's not the worst, if I made it again would probably leave the red pepper flakes out. was a little to much for me. Other than that it was good. I added an onion softened with butter. of course my idiot self grabbed the pan bare handed when I went to scoop the sauce out of pan AFTER taken out of the oven 🤦‍♀️.

Next time, I’d use a little bit less red pepper flakes. Wasn’t expecting the amount of kick the chicken had, but otherwise loved it!

really tasty and came together easily. I added a teaspoon of Dijon mustard for a like extra kick.

It was really easy to make. It was really tasty. Will definitely make it again. I might use less chilli flakes or none at all, it's a really good flavor so it doesn't necessarily need the heat.
