Idk if my crock pot isn't up to snuff but after the 45 minutes the risotto was still completely uncooked. I ended up taking the fish pieces out, using a rice strainer to get the liquid out and cooked the risotto on the stove and adding the fish back in at the end. It quickly cooked that way and was good but not incredible. My fiance actually ended up adding cajun seasoning as he thought it was kind of bland without it. Won't be following this recipe again but it was sparked ideas.
