The peanut butter sauce is the real MVP of this recipe. I doubled the recipe but followed the instructions and had a really nice dinner. I will likely make this again but with a few changes. The cabbage is kind of unnecessary I think and you don’t really need much to garnish the plate. It’s pretty though. Just make your next recipe one that needs cabbage. I would season the chicken with salt and pepper before grilling next time and maybe add a little to the sauce. Also, doubling the sauce gave me a lot of extra so I froze it to make this again. Nice one.
