AMAZING!! So easy and accessable, truly delicious. I even brought the egg and sugar mixture to 180° on accident instead of 160° and it was still wonderful. If you don't have time to make the chocolate curls the way they do, then warm up your chocolate bar for about 20-30 seconds and then use a potato peeler. Make sure you push down and are gentle. I literally make this every year :)
