Oh man, I’ve been wanting to try Japanese cheesecake… what made it not worth it?

I've made it several times. While making it is more involved than a typical cheesecake, it is absolutely worth it in my opinion! As long as the directions are followed correctly, it's somehow fluffy but dense at the same time. I like to pair it with blackberries on top!
