There’s a lot of gaps with what seasoning goes with what in the beginning for the meat and the shrimp. I was able to figure it out watching your ig video including adding the unsalted butter. And the ingredients list fails to mention the chili paste. Great recipe overall and if I wasn’t a seasoned cook The recipe wouldn’t make sense.
