Ingredients
3 servings

1 ½ cuprigatoni
boiled till al dente

pasta water

6 ozrib-eye steak
cut into small cubes

12shrimp

1chicken sausage
or pork, sliced into quarters

1 Tbspgouchujang paste

1 Tbspoil

1 cupHalf & half cream
or heavy

Cajun
To taste

cayenne pepper
to taste

Parmesan reggiano
as needed

4garlic cloves
thinly sliced or minced

0.25onion
small diced

1 Tbspunsalted butter

parsley
finely chopped, for garnish
Seasoning for steak
Seasoning for shrimp
Instructions
Step 1
In a large pan add the oil and allow to get hot before adding the steak and sear it on both sides. Make sure to add the seasoning listed while searing . Remove and do the same for the shrimp. ( remove excess grease if needed)







Step 2
Remove the shrimp & set aside; add the sausage sauté until brown then add the onions sauté for a few then add your garlic & sauté.



Step 3
Add the gochugang paste , sauté for a few then add the water / pasta water . Making sure to scrape off the fond .

Step 4
Add the cream , the cajun & cayenne pepper & slowly stir until it begins to thicken; add the Parmesan reggiano. Add the pasta back in add more cheese if you would like .




Step 5
Add the protein back in and gently fold them in . Plate it up and garnish. Enjoy 😉
