My chicken breasts were very large (about 15oz each) so I doubled the brine. Had a phone call and had to leave so they stayed in the brine for a couple hours. The texture and juiciness were right on point but they were very salty (and I love salt). I will definitely make them again, I'm always looking for a way to be chicken breast with different flavors for weekly meal prep and these were great. Maybe I won't double the brine next time.
