Pretty good! I left out the peppers, used one onion, Polish sausage, 12 oz of peas (a little over 2 cups), and 1 tsp. of both salt and paprika. I ended up using a full quart of broth for the rice to get fully cooked. Make sure the sausage and onions get plenty of color for maximum flavor.
My husband says this is one of his favorite dinners!
