just made this tonight! i really enjoyed it, but i would probably add a little more cheese and sour cream (not *too* much) just for a creamier dish. and if you're faster at cutting veggies than me, this is a quick dish
i also don't measure spices, i just eyeball it, so i would recommend using more spice than the recipe calls for if you're a spice queen like me. my gf also recommended more garlic (i just used the recipe's 3 cloves)
