I've made this twice so far, once with chicken breasts and once with shredded rotisserie chicken from the store. I thought the chicken breast was bland, but the sauce and cheese was yummy (and smelled wonderful). I was glad I tried it again with the shredded rotisserie chicken. I mixed in the chicken with the sour cream mixture and topped with sliced mozarrella.
