← Replies in SubWay Copycat Italian Bread Recipe

Used bread flour without the added gluten. Added a cup more flour because the dough was a really weird consistency after adding the butter. This seemed to do the trick as the dough rose up like crazy and looks great. Will use recipe again 😁
