I was nervous to begin with because of how intimidating pizza dough is, but it was actually much easier than I thought. The dough was a tiny bit sweeter than I would have preferred but regardless it was soft and crispy and flavorful. I didn't anticipate how much it would raise in the oven, so I would roll it out more next time. I used jarred sauce and hand-grated mozzarella. I cut up a bell pepper as well. Would be amazing with mushrooms, onions and spinach ๐ It didn't take too long to cook, and I used garlic powder + butter on the crust for more flavor. Overall amazing experience and the house smells amazing.
