I made these today for the first time. I made larger cookies, about 4 inches and one inch thick so it made 10 instead of 12 cookies. They are delicious with a slight healthy nutty flaxseed taste. The shredded coconut helps with the texture and hides the flavor. Well balanced chocolate and peanut flavors, not too flaky or dense. Just right! I substituted erythritol for sugar and sugar free chocolate chips.
