Makes leftovers

Used shredded Parmigiano, mozzarella, Colby jack and cream cheese. Added garlic cloves in the beginning, and half way through, a pinch of onion powder, garlic salt and pepper. Added boetiw pasta, cuz I had more sauce than gnocchi.

I tried without the Colby Jack; good suggestion
