← Replies in Mexican Zucchini Burrito Boats Recipe

uh, this is kind of like- the white version of a Mexican taco but stuffed into a zucchini. can't say i liked it as a Mexican girl. I wanted to explore, try other versions of different foods. Don't bother making this if you want an obvious authentic feel. (obviously this isn't authentic) The flavor isn't that bad, just sort of bland. It might be good with tomatillo sauce, or some sort of salsa. But I'm not making it again.
