This meal was a big hit, even with our 10 and 12 year olds. I always double the recipe to make 8 servings, so we have leftovers for lunches. I forgot the black beans, so I mixed in 1/2 pound of ground beef. So good and lots of "filling" leftover that might make good nachos/tortilla filling.
