Took some notes from previous posters and changed up the recipe. Also added a bit of flair of my own - my family hates Taco seasoning, so we use Watkins Fajita seasoning instead! I put a layer of refried beans down before the meat mixture, then put some canned diced tomatoes on top of the meat before I added the cheese and the next layer. Finally, I took another poster's advice and put a final tortilla on top for added crunch (which was brilliant!). Served with sour cream. It got eaten so fast, I only got a picture of the last slice! Would make again.
