Hi, its is a natural sugar substitute and is native to China & Thailand but you should be able to get it from an oriental supermarket😊

It should be at a lot of regular stores as well. Look wherever sugar substitutes (Stevia, Splenda) are at

Monk fruit sugar is ultra-sweet, so bear in mind, the conversion is 1/3 cup of monk fruit sugar to 1 cup of regular sugar if you're going to substitute.
