I made these vegan with some impossible breakfast sausage, cheddar and mozzarella vegan cheese, vegan cream cheese, and a homemade Bisquick recipe. I think I used too many hash browns but they're still super tasty! I cooked them in the center rack for 20 minutes and then moved then to the top rack for an additional 3 so they would get a bit crispier. I'll definitely make these again!
Edit: I've made this again with non-vegan foods and it is very tasty either way! Last time I made this I mixed ground chicken with spices to make the hot sausage and I used a homemade pancake and biscuit mix. I froze most of it this time to make later as we eat it but made a few fresh.
