← Replies in Banana Breakfast Cookies Recipe

These were kind of off...I'm not sure if my quick oats or walnuts were old or if I just didn't add enough honey. I like the way these turned out overall, but I may need to adjust the recipe a bit next time to better fit our taste. The banana flavor was kind of muted so I may add an extra banana next time.

Agree, didn't like peanut/pecan combo, will stick with peanuts in future

Yeah something was just odd about the combo. I did like using mini chocolate chips though. I feel that helped give each bite a little bit of the sweet 😜
