Such a fantastic flavor! After reading comments about the chicken taking forever to cook I decided to bake it in the skillet after searing each side. I set the chicken on a plate for a minute while I stirred up the sauce in the skillet then put the chicken back and baked the whole thing for 30 minutes or so. I mixed noodles in the sauce at the end!
