Delicious. I didn't have the correct wine, dark soy sauce, or white pepper. I subbed for white wine, regular soy sauce and black pepper. It was delicious.
If you want very tender chicken, add 3/4 tsp baking soda per 250g chicken to tenderize. Oat and let it sit in that for 20 minutes. I added my marinade after the first 10 minutes and everything was perfect.
