Chicken and Broccoli with Brown Sauce

Next time cook broccoli less time. Get dark soy sauce for color.

Delicious. Marinated the chicken for several hours prior to cooking, which helped make it very tender. I pre-sliced the chicken but make sure you sear it first before adding the sauce and broccoli. If you add raw chicken to the wok with the sauce it will take longer to cook, and you will risk burning the sauce bc it’s so thick.

Very delicious and made plenty of left overs that were very good the next days. Was not hard to do and the result was as good as take out if not better.

Delicious. I didn't have the correct wine, dark soy sauce, or white pepper. I subbed for white wine, regular soy sauce and black pepper. It was delicious. If you want very tender chicken, add 3/4 tsp baking soda per 250g chicken to tenderize. Oat and let it sit in that for 20 minutes. I added my marinade after the first 10 minutes and everything was perfect.

Less water for the marinade. I added a little bit lore water to the sauce to make it a little bit more diluted.

Very good! Definitely use low sodium broth.
