I made this for the second time today, and although I found this recipe to be pretty good the first time around, this time I wanted to try a few changes... 1. I omitted the Cajun seasoning, and just used fresh cracked salt and pepper 2. Used two small bags of baby tri color potatoes, which I sprinkled with a second pack of ranch and couple tbsp of butter 3. Cut the natural release back to 10 minutes, cuz we were HUNGRY & 4. Added a cup of sour cream to the sauce... End result? FANTASTIC! I'm making it this way every time 😁
